Hotel Mantas Cusco

The hotel offered basic amenities such as free Wi-Fi and breakfast. the free Wi-Fi was helpful for checking emails and completing work tasks. the breakfast was sufficient with bread and small plates of scrambled eggs.

It was difficult to find the hotel due to an incorrect location on Google maps, which caused me to waste time and energy asking locals for directions. the room was cold and required a heater, the towel provided had holes in it, and there was no hand towel or bathroom mat provided.

Cleanliness was perfect, hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. The location was convenient for exploring the city.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the festive decorations. Staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for local sights and sounds. appreciated the comfortable bed and hot shower.

The location was inaccurate on my GPS, which caused confusion and delay. The room was also chilly and required the use of an extra heater.

The hotel is conveniently located, although Google maps may lead you astray. Once you find it, the staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. the bathroom could use some improvement, but overall the service is satisfactory. the breakfast may be small, but the scrambled eggs are a tasty option.

The towel provided had some holes, but this was a minor issue in an otherwise pleasant experience.
